Union Arbitrator Cannavo A Convicted Criminal

FOR IMMEDIATE RELEASE

Edison NJ

CAN THE POSTAL SERVICE HIRE CONVICTED CRIMINALS FOR UNION ARBITRATION CASES?

There is a Congressional investigation under way as to why the United States Postal Service allows convicted criminals like Joseph S. Cannavo to removal Union employees under the Arbitration process.

The facts are a number of New Jersey terminated Postal employees have come forward after contacting the Missouri State Archives Records Dept. located at(600 West Main St. Jefferson City, MO 65102)to request a copy of Joseph S. Cannavo's Supreme Court Case No. SC79938 (Dated 1997).

A summary of the case transcript clearly shows a photo of Joseph S.Cannavo taken by Federal law enforcement after ordering Cannavo to hold up his case number sign for the record.

While most of the employees were Mail Handler Local 300 some were clerks. Any employee between 2004-2007 that had an Arbitration case hearing with Joseph S. Cannavo should contact us http://www.fed-whistleblower.newsvine.com
